Why did you apply for the APSI National Team?

Joining the APSI national team has always been about more than just a career goal or a title. It’s been a way to contribute meaningfully to the growth and evolution of skiing and ski teaching in Australia. I’m passionate about shaping the future of our sport by refining our teaching philosophies and models so that every skier, regardless of skill level, can discover a deeper connection to the mountain and the sport of skiing. The ultimate goal is to enhance the overall skiing experience, making it more accessible, enjoyable, and fulfilling for everyone who shares a love for the snow and sliding.

What area of the APSI are you most interested in developing?

Collaboration and teamwork are at the heart of what we do. I am most excited about working with our talented people and teams, drawing on their knowledge and skills to challenge what we currently do and how we do it. By working together, we can pave new roads forward, innovating in every aspect of skiing and ski teaching.

What do you hope to learn during your time on the APSI National team?

I’m excited to see where the journey takes us, with no specific agendas for learning in mind. I'm sure there will be plenty of learning along the way though, which is always exciting.

Anything else you'd like to share with members?

We hope the work our teams do over the next 4 years benefits all of our APSI members by evolving what we do. I look forward to sharing these as we go with everyone on the mountain soon!
