NORDIC LEVEL 2

Our nordic level two qualification is aimed at level one certified instructors who wish to teach beginner and lower intermediate nordic skiers.

COURSE

The three-day course covers the skills needed to teach beginner adults and children up to basic skating skills.

This course covers topics such as; class handling, safety, technical information, skier analysis, skiing and demonstrating ability.

COURSE PREREQUISITES

• Be a current member

• Own the current teaching manual

• Passed all units of the nordic level one exam (or have been approved for RPL)

EXAM

The one-day exam utilises both the station assessment type for skiing and demonstration tasks and the group scenario assessment type for teaching tasks.

EXAM PREREQUISITES
