Why did you apply for the APSI National Team?

To contribute to evolving instructing in Australia. I see the National Team as the thinktank of ideas that the Technical Committees and training teams can refine and deliver to the APSI members. I like to give back to the members as much as I can and dedicating my time to the National Team is a great way to do this.

What area of the APSI are you most interested in developing?

I'm excited to continue the work already started in the teaching and technical approaches the APSI does. With a big part of my focus whilst serving on the previous National Team being invested in the customer service approach it'll be great to see what areas we can enhance when it comes to how we teach and how we ride.

What do you hope to learn during your time on the APSI National team?

I hope to take more inspiration and great ideas from other members of other nations when attending Interski. There's a lot of experience and knowledge on this team and in the new few years I'll be striving to learn as much from my teammates as possible.
