Proof of Teaching & Training Hours

Please use this form to submit proof of teaching & training hours to meet the eligibility requirements to participate in an exam.

Proof can be provided in any of the follow forms:

• Statement from employer stating the number of hours you’ve taught.
• Past or present payslip (with sensitive info redacted) showing total working hours.
• Statement from employer or training manager stating the number of in-house training hours you have attended.
• Statement/summary from Snowsports School rostering system showing the training hours you have attended.

Please note: If hours were accrued while employed with multiple schools then please provide statements/proof from each employer. Please upload all documents in the document upload section as required.
