Our telemark level one certification is aimed at people who are interested in entering the snowsport industry for the first time or for APSI certified instructors who need a second discipline for their ISIA card application.

The two-day course covers the skills needed to teach first time, beginner telemark skiers (specialising in teaching children) up to first telemark turns.
The telemark level one exam is conducted in a training day/continuous assessment format during the two-day course.

This course covers topics such as; class handling, safety, technical information, skier analysis, skiing and demonstrating ability all based around the performance of steering as used in our teaching system.
The one-day exam utilises both the station assessment type for skiing and demonstration tasks and the group scenario assessment type for teaching tasks. The theory paper is delivered online in the week preceding the on-snow exam.
Our telemark level three qualification is aimed at those wishing to teach more advanced telemark progressions.
