Our snowboard level one certification is aimed at people who are interested in entering the snowsport industry for the first time.

The three-day course covers the skills needed to teach first time, beginner snowboarders (specialising in teaching children) up to linked turns.
The one day snowboard level one exam is conducted in a training day/continuous assessment format.
Our snowboard level two qualification is aimed at core group lessons instructors that need to teach both beginner children and adults.
This qualification is suitable for working, level one certified instructors who wish to improve their skills and advance their teaching career.

This course covers topics such as; class handling, safety, technical information, rider analysis, riding and demonstrating ability all based around the performance of steering as used in our teaching system.
The two-day exam utilises both the station assessment type for riding and demonstration tasks and the group scenario assessment type for teaching tasks. The theory paper is delivered in the weeks preceding the on-snow exam.
Our snowboard level three qualification is aimed at the intermediate class and private lesson instructor.
This qualification is suitable for experienced, working, level two certified instructors who would like to teach more advanced progressions.

Our snowboard level four qualification is aimed at the career instructor who wants to teach advanced lessons at all performance levels.
This qualification is suitable for experienced, working, level three certified instructors who may also wish to specialise in their snowsport school (e.g. coaching programs, private lessons or follow the pathway to become a trainer or manager).

The three-day exam utilises both the station assessment type for riding and demonstration tasks and the group scenario assessment type for teaching tasks. The race component of the exam is a Snowboard GS or Boarder Cross style speed test. The theory paper is delivered in the weeks preceding the on-snow exam.
