The core is the foundation of your Stance on your snowboard. In this video you will learn about planes of movement, how your core moves and how to structure your core workouts. Ruth has also put together a simple core workout that can be done in about 20 minutes and targets all the important muscle groups for a snowboarder. The season will be here before we know it!
