Attending Interski as an Australian supporter will grant you access to ALL Interski activities including the on-snow workshops, lectures, keynote presentations, cultural tours, experiences, nightly demo shows, and (of course) all the après fun!
Alternatively, you may wish to free ski, sightsee, shop or a combination of everything. It's up to you!
Here is an example of what you can expect during a typical day at Interski:

EVENT REGISTRATION

While registrations close on 15 February 2027, we encourage you to register by purchasing one of the registration options below at your earliest convenience.
There are two registration options available to APSI Supporters to participate in InterskiVail 2027. Those wanting to access every aspect of Interski including all including on-snow technical workshops and technical lectures etc. should select the 'All-In' Pass. Those attending to support family or friend and are less interested in the Technical aspects and more interested in skiing/riding Vail, attending opening/closing ceremonies, nightly festivities and Demo shows may prefer to select the 'International Inspire' Pass option.
Both registration options are available with and without lift access. Details for each are provided below.
*Please note, anyone attending Interski as an Australian supporter/delegate must be a 2027 Full or Associate APSI member.


HOW TO REGISTER
APSI handles all registrations for the Australian delegation and coordinates group attendance for Interski. To participate, individuals must join through an official delegation. To confirm your registration as an Australian Supporter (delegate), you will be required to:

CANCELLATION POLICY & TERMS

MEAL PACKAGES
BOOK NOW | Closes 15 February 2027 | Book through APSI
Delegates are welcome to dine independently at any time throughout both villages and are NOT required to purchase a meal package.
BREAKFAST AND DINNER
Designated host hotels in both Vail Village and Lionshead will offer optional breakfast and dinner packages. Each package includes six days of meals, and participants may purchase breakfast and dinner together, or select either option individually.
Breakfast & Dinner Locations

ON-MOUNTAIN LUNCH
Lunch passes are available for USD $25 per meal (a USD $30 value) and must be purchased in advance to receive the discounted rate. Lunch will be an on-mountain experience and valid at three to four restaurants (locations will be weather dependent). Passes may be purchased for single or multiple days and are not valid off the mountain.
HELPFUL HINT
Breakfast: The APSI National Team will have breakfast at their lodge (Tivoli) each morning.
Lunch: For practicality, the on-mountain lunch option has been selected for Team members to access quickly between on-snow workshops.
Dinner: No dinner options will be prebooked for the APSI National team to allow the members flexibility to meet/network with other teams and join family/supporters. It's important to note that there will be a Team/Supporter dinner scheduled on one of the evenings (yet to be determined) to allow everyone to come together for a meal.
HOW TO BOOK
To book a breakfast or dinner packages, please pay a meal package deposit of AUD$ 100 per package by 15 February, 2027.
After registration/meal packages have been confirmed by Interski, APSI will send an invoice for the remaining balance in AUD which will include GST and any currency conversion fees.

ADDITIONAL LIFT TICKET INFO

We understand that many of you may plan to arrive early or stay after Interski to enjoy additional ski days. For those interested, there are several options available to cover the cost of these extra days. Below, we’ve outlined the most cost-effective ski pass options for skiing beyond the six Interski days.*
*Pricing is based on 2025-26 rates and will increase incrementally for the 2026-2027 season. 2026-27 Epic Pass will be available for purchase on 1 May 2026.

LODGING

VAIL VILLAGE & LIONSHEAD INFORMATION
Vail consists of two main villages: Vail Village and Lionshead.
The two villages are fully walkable and connected by a free, frequent shuttle system, making it easy to move between them in approximately 5–10 minutes.

HELPFUL HINT
The APSI National Team have already secured their accommodation for the event at Tivoli Lodge in Vail Village. This location is close to the demo slope where evening demo shows are held along with opening and closing ceremonies. The Team will be arriving on Saturday 3 April and departing Saturday 10 April.
While the final program has not yet been officially confirmed, the opening Ceremony is usually held on the Sunday night (4 April) with Interski commencing on Monday morning (5 April). As such, it's suggested to check in on the 3 April so that you are settled and ready to enjoy festivities commencing on 4 April.
HOW TO BOOK
All lodge bookings must be made directly with the lodge (not through APSI). Please consider where you would like to base yourself during the event and start contacting lodging providers.
