Shop Help!

A couple of notes:

• in the shop you can purchase memberships and renewals, courses, exams and merchandise
• the only form of payment currently accepted is credit card
• only full members will be permitted to purchase courses and exams
• if you purchase a membership, once the credit card transaction has been electronically verified, you will instantly and automatically have your membership updated and be allowed to purchase members only products (we may be the first association in the world to offer this function!)

To retrieve your password

1. visit the site and go to the online shop
2. choose log yourself in option
3. in the returning customer box, use the Don't know your password? Click here link
4. on the next page, enter your email address (the one which APSI has on file for you if it is still working) and click continue button
5. if you get an error, your current email is not on file at APSI, try another one, or contact us with your current email, name and membership number, and we will update your profile
6. if you are successful, you will be returned to the login page
7. an email will be sent with your password, so check your email and use the email address and password to login (note this is case sensitive, so it's probably easiest to copy and paste)
   

To view/edit your profile, details and password:

1. login to the shop
2. click my profile link
3. if you want to edit any information click the edit profile button below
4. note you also use this to change your password to something easier to remember
5. update any details, and enter and confirm your chosen password
6. hit continue button
   

To make a purchase:

1. use the departments box, top left to browse to an area of interest
2. continue using these links to find the product that you want
3. use add to cart button to put this in your online shopping cart
4. continue shopping or go to checkout
5. follow the on screen instructions through the purchase process
6. once you have confirmed and your credit card is processed you will be sent a confirmation email
7. note: the credit card verification can vary in time. Please be patient and only hit the confirm order button once, or you could be charged twice for the transaction.

There are many other functions in the shop such as writing and reading reviews, telling a friend about a certain product and so on. Please have fun an feel free to experiment with these functions.
